Troubleshoot

When troubleshooting a system, it’s best practice to minimize changes to the system as much as possible. Ideally, having a second system available allows you to test components independently.

If you’ve followed all troubleshooting guidelines and are still unable to get your system working, please follow these steps:

  1. Upload the Latest Firmware: Ensure that the latest firmware is uploaded to all components of the system.
  2. Power Up the System: Turn on the system.
  3. Access SmartConfig 2.0: Navigate to the Serial Monitor and select the Cellular tab.
  4. Enable Debug Mode: Activate the debug mode for more detailed output.
  5. Run and Capture Output: Let the system run for a while (~10 minutes), then copy and paste the received output content.
  6. Send Report: Please send us the output in a text file.
