Troubleshoot

Unable to connect to Sampler

  1. Check the power supply is above 10 Volt
  2. Check the sampler is switched on
  3. Check the transmitter is set to “connected” in the SmartConfig
  4. Open transmitter lid
    • Make sure LED light next to “on” flashes
    • The light next to CHRC might toggle on and off but there shouldn’t be any other light switched on
  5. Reset whole system

Unable to connect to Network

Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted and the antenna cable is securely connected. Next, enable Debug Mode in SmartConfig 2.0 for further diagnostics.
Please send us the output from the Cellular tab located in the Serial Monitor.

Unable to connect to Server

Start by clearing the certificates on the transmitter. To do this, navigate to Settings > Telemetry, then click the button in the top-right corner labeled Delete Certificates. This action will remove common certificates from the transmitter during the next power cycle.
