Routine Site Visit
- Inspect tubing and connectors for leaks or blockages
- Check cable connections and confirm weatherproof seals
- Review SmartSampler logs for warnings, errors, or unusual readings
- Run a short functional test (move a valve, start a flush cycle)
- Clean dirt or salt deposits from the Module exterior with a gentle rinse or damp cloth
Cleaning After Deployment
The AquaMate includes a flush routine to maintain internal cleanliness:
- After Each Deployment: Run a complete flush with clean water
- For Dirty or Saline Water: Repeat the flush cycle for a more thorough rinse
- Optional Dry Cycle: Running a final cycle without water helps remove moisture and reduces biofilm or corrosion risk
Long-Term Care
- Store the Module in a dry environment
- Replace worn tubing or filters as needed
- Document installation and settings to support future deployments
