Leaking Port

A leaking port is often caused by debris trapped in the valve, preventing it from fully closing. To resolve this:

  1. Run Clean Cycles: Start by running several clean cycles to flush out any debris that may be blocking the valve.
  2. Manual Valve Activation: Next, use the Manual Valve Switch in the AquaMate module to manually activate the leaking valve. You should hear a distinct clicking sound, indicating the valve is functioning mechanically.
  3. Stuck Valve: If the valve does not produce a clicking sound, it may be stuck. This can occur if no pre-filter was used or if the filter was damaged, allowing larger particles to enter the system.
  4. Contact Support: If the valve remains unresponsive, please reach out to us for further assistance.
