Connection error to server

At this stage, you have confirmed there are no connection errors with either the SmartSampler or the network.
Typically, after a successful network connection, the server should respond within 10 seconds. If no response is received within 15 seconds, the transmitter will automatically reinitialize.

This behavior has been observed with certain SIM cards, and switching to another provider often resolves the issue. Our products are tested extensively with SIM cards from Hologram.io.
Using other providers may result in unexpected behavior and should be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
